Let’s Keep Our Community Safe and Respectful for All

Published: June 23, 2025

We hope this message finds you and your families well.

At the heart of our community is a shared goal: to foster a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone—especially our children and families who call this neighborhood home.

Recently, a concerning situation was brought to our attention involving unsafe driving and an unfortunate verbal exchange between neighbors. While the HOA does not have jurisdiction over moving vehicle violations or individual behavior, we take these concerns seriously and are committed to encouraging positive and mindful interactions throughout the community.

We kindly ask everyone to keep the following in mind:

• Drive cautiously, especially near playgrounds and blind curves. Speeding—even for a moment—can have lasting consequences.
• Treat your neighbors with kindness and respect. A simple wave, a smile, or a patient conversation goes a long way.
• Speak up, but with compassion. We all share this space, and small moments of grace can shape the tone of our entire neighborhood.

This is our home, and each of us plays a role in shaping the experience here—not just for ourselves, but for our kids, our elders, and every person we pass by on our daily walks.

If you ever feel unsafe or would like support addressing a concern, you’re also welcome to connect with the Neighborhood Watch Committee, a great resource for fostering safety, awareness, and community involvement.

Thank you for your continued efforts to make our neighborhood a place we’re all proud to live in. If you have ideas on how we can improve communication, safety, or engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

Let’s continue building a community where respect, safety, and empathy thrive.
