Important Reminder – Rental Signs Not Permitted

This is a reminder regarding the community’s sign policy as outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for The Preserve at Honey Creek.

Under the governing documents, “For Rent” and “For Lease” signs are not permitted within the community. The CC&Rs allow certain signage, such as “For Sale” signs (in compliance with state law), but do not authorize the display of signs advertising rental or lease opportunities.

Please note:

• Any “For Rent” or “For Lease” signs placed on lots are considered non-compliant and must be removed.
• Failure to remove prohibited signage may result in a violation notice and further enforcement action by the Association.
• Homeowners who lease their property must still comply with all requirements in the CC&Rs, including submission of lease information if requested by the Association.
