Volunteers Needed: Architectural Control Committee

The Preserve at Honey Creek is seeking three (3) community volunteers to join the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

The ACC plays an important role in maintaining the beauty, harmony, and standards of our community by reviewing homeowner improvement requests such as exterior paint changes, fences, landscaping, and more.

If you’re detail-oriented, community-minded, and passionate about preserving the integrity of our neighborhood, we’d love to have you on board!

Volunteer Details:
• Positions Available: 3
• Commitment: Monthly review of ACC submissions (virtual access available)
• Qualifications: Must be a homeowner in good standing
• Training Provided: All volunteers will receive guidance and training on ACC procedures. The community’s CC&Rs will serve as a valuable reference tool throughout your term.
