As a friendly reminder, all basketball goals within the community must follow the guidelines outlined in the governing documents. These rules help maintain safety, community standards, and neighborhood aesthetics.

Permanent Basketball Goals

    • Must be installed at least 20 feet from the street curb.
    • Backboard must be perpendicular to the street.
    • Must be mounted on a black metal pole permanently installed in the ground.
    • Not permitted in any street right-of-way.
    • Must be kept in good repair with intact nets and proper maintenance.

• Portable Basketball Goals

    • Permitted, but must be stored in the rear yard or inside the garage from sundown to sunrise.
    • Not permitted in any street right-of-way.
    • Must be kept in good repair with intact nets and proper maintenance.

Out of Compliance Examples

    • Goals within 20 feet of the street curb.
    • Portable goals left in driveways or front yards overnight.
    • Damaged or missing nets/backboards.
    • Permanent goals not mounted on a black metal pole.

We kindly ask all residents to review their CC&R's, basketball goal placement, and condition to ensure compliance with these standards.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe and well-maintained!
